The Book of Daniel: Proof that the Bible is the Word of God

Daniel’s 70 Weeks Prophecy: Unavoidable and Specific Predictive Prophecy (“Chronological Aspects of the Life of Christ, part 6: Daniel’s Seventy Weeks and New Testament Chronology,” Harold Hoeher.  Bibliotheca Sacra 132 [Jan-March 1975] 47-65; Dr. Hoehner has a Th. D. from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Ph. D. from Cambridge University).

The Coming Prince, Sir Robert Anderson: A detailed exposition of the prediction of the exact year of the coming of Christ in Daniel 9. Note that further research indicates that Anderson was one year off in his dating of Daniel 9; Hoehner’s study above corrects this mistake. Anderson’s calculations go from 445 B. C. to A. D. 32, while Hoehner correctly goes from 444 B. C. to A. D. 33.
